Hi, the check in was very bad. We went there around 10:30pm and there are no one available at the front desk and the office is closed. After 4 to 5 times of calling the number, the owner picked up the call and came to the office and helped us checkin. We waited 30mins outside of the hotel waiting for the manager. I messed them regarding this and there is no response at all from them till now. Very bad customer service. No checkin instructions given before we arrived there.
